Physical fitness is an important component to a healthy lifestyle. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, or general wellness, exercise plans can also be provided to help reach a client's goals.

Assessments and sessions can include help regarding:

- Balance and stability

- Cardiovascular endurance

- Muscular strength

- Body composition and weight loss/control

*Note: If you have any serious heart conditions, please consult your doctor before attempting to exercise, either alone or with a personal trainer

**Fitness sessions require an appropriate space and attire to accommodate various types of movement. Please keep this in mind when booking a fitness session. Inappropriate attire or settings will require a re-scheduling of the session.
