​What does 'Amino' mean? It is short for the amino acid, the molecule that makes up all protein, and the muscles in your body.

Just like how the amino acid is the building block for the muscles of a strong, healthy individual, Amino hopes to be the foundation to a stronger, healthier You!
Our Team
Patrick Poon, RD
Patrick is a Registered Dietitian (RD), and a graduate from the University of British Columbia. He has experience helping clients ranging from chronic conditions such as diabetes, to meal planning for weight control. He also works with a variety of long-term care homes ranging from publicly funded to full private pay.
